Drill bits is composed of two parts, the body and segment. The material of the body is 40CR and the material is YG8C for segment. The surface processing is sand blasting. There are some advantages for this product that it has higher hardness than market’s thanks to the quenching treatment. Thus our product is efficient and longlife.
Now our manufacture in a fully automated process, no need polish by hand. The accurate angle of incision 45 with good sharpness.
The advantage for our double sink technique is strenghthen the body eliminated the possibility of rupture.
6"-8"diameter could drill 30 holes while 10"-12" drill 60-80 holes.
