Our spirit level has the function of shockproof up and down, and the thickness of the aluminum material on the surface is 1.4mm (the thickness of the aluminum material of different grades on the market is different)
There are three lines on the blister scale, with high precision and clear printing on the surface. The accuracy is 0.05mm and the inclination is 0.025 degrees. The blisters can be guaranteed for 5 years. There are several process inspections for the light-bath alcohol pot.
Levels have high requirements for magnets, and the magnets on the sides of our level have very good suction power.
The processing process is very strict, using a surface-sprayed assembly line, fully automatic process, all of which are put into the oven and then baked together, ensuring the smallest error of each.
