We are cutoff wheel manufacturer in china , we established peng cheng hardware shop in 2003 to sell the hardware without brand , just do the OEM and market quality .
As developing , we established our own abrasives factories in 2012 and first time attend to Yiwu fair . Our brand is SALI , we have 3 colors labels , the red SALI is for stainless steel , the blue SALI is for the metal , the green label is for the stone . For the styles of the cut off disc , we have cutting disc and grind wheel with the thickness 3mm or 6mm.
Our total buidling is 4200m, we have modern auto machine 48 pieces and 5000cartons safety stocks ,24hours computer system controlled tunnel kiln to
make the cut off wheel sharp and grinding wheel durable .
Here the process includes raw material , we keep them around half year , mixing around 72 hours ,molding 48 hours and drying in the 24 hours tunnel ,fetch out to natural temperature , test sealing in the QC department ,
packing and finished products.
