3. Poor storage conditions, deformation and internal injuries of the grinding wheel under pressure

5. The flatness of the product is not good when it leaves the factory

6. The static imbalance value of the grinding wheel is too large

7. The product is severely soft

When the grinding wheel swings severely without load, it is easy to jam the knife, and the forcible cutting may burst the film. It is not recommended to use it.

Suggest:

When the grinding wheel shakes severely without load, it is recommended to eliminate the cause first, and then perform cutting after the shaking is removed, otherwise there is a danger of chip bursting.
