Method of use
1, choose the appropriate solder, should be used for welding electronic components with low melting point solder wire.
2, flux, with 25% rosin dissolved in 75% alcohol (weight ratio) as flux.
3, before using the electric iron to tin, the specific method is: the electric iron is heated, to just be able to melt the solder, coated with flux, and then coated with solder evenly on the iron head, so that the iron head evenly eat a layer of tin.
4. Welding method: Polish the pads and pins of components with fine sandpaper and apply flux. Dip an appropriate amount of solder into the iron tip and contact the solder joint. After all the solder on the solder joint has melted and soaked the component lead head, the electric iron head is gently lifted away from the solder joint along the pin of the component.
5. Welding time should not be too long, otherwise it is easy to damage the components. If necessary, tweezers can be used to clamp the pin to help heat dissipation.
6, solder joints should be sinusoidal wave peak shape, the surface should be bright and smooth, wuxi thorn, tin content is moderate.
7, after the completion of welding, to use alcohol to clean the residual flux on the circuit board, in order to prevent the charring flux affect the normal operation of the circuit.
8, the integrated circuit should be welded at last, the electric iron should be reliably grounded, or use waste heat welding after power failure. Or use a special socket for integrated circuits, and plug the integrated circuit in after welding the socket.
