Here is 16 inch cutting wheel for metal , it is made of high quality aluminum oxide grains, used for cutting angle bar, T bar, flat bar, pipe etc. Due to super thin, it has fast cutting while have excellent durability feature.

Once the product swings during idling or cutting, the reason as following:

4. The speed of the cutting equipment is higher than the highest safe use speed of the product, which will cause the product to soften and swing after cutting.

5. Cutting machine shaft wear, matching or poor concentricity: the grinding wheel is not concentric when rotating with the cutting equipment at high speed, the force on the surrounding area is severely uneven during cutting, and the centrifugal force damages the internal structure of the product. The center of the grinding wheel falls off or even bursts.
