Question: Why does the grinding disc become soft?
Answer:

2. Improper storage causes the product to get damp.
3. Product deformation. During the cutting process, the cutting surface is curved. As the cutting depth increases, the lateral stress on the grinding wheel increases, and the grinding wheel is cut repeatedly to produce cracks and cause "soft".
4. The operator exerts too much or too much force, causing the friction between the product and the workpiece to be greater than the internal stress of the product, and the internal stress is destroyed, causing the product to soften.
Normally we divide into 3 styles: the first one is Conventional as blue trademark, and the grinding disc product is black sand.
