Question: The flange of the product center falls off?

Answer:

1. The product becomes soft during cutting, which leads to swinging during cutting. After a long time, cracks occur on the circumference outside the flange and finally break away from the grinding wheel itself;

2. The workpiece is not effectively fastened, and the workpiece is moved left or right during cutting, and the grinding wheel for vertical cutting becomes curved and cut. After a long time, the result is the same as above;

3. The flange does not effectively fasten the grinding wheel. When rotating at high speed, the grinding wheel and the flange do not run synchronously, which causes the flange to rub the grinding wheel. After a long time, the result is the same as above.

4.The grinding wheel is not clamped.
