Feature：

1.These are constructed with industrial grade premium zirconia abrasive, featuring high strength, excellent durability and extended disc life, as it can withstand high temperatures and pressure. The resin fiber construction, complemented by the fiberglass backing plate, effectively absorbs vibrations during use, without smearing or contaminating the work piece, ensuring processing accuracy and workpiece cleanliness.

2.Each disc is made with coarse grit zirconia alumina, delivering aggressive grinding performance, making this abrasive flap disc ideal for aggressive grinding on hard materials like metal, greatly improving grinding efficiency and shortening processing time.

3.These bevel type 27 discs are angled to better fit workpiece contours, delivering more effective performance for contours, edge and weld blending, and radius grinding, with flexible operation to meet various complex processing needs.

4.Each disc measures at a 4-1/2-inch diameter with a 7/8-inch arbor size, compatible with grinders with a speed of up to 13,300 rpm. With standard specifications, it has strong compatibility and fits most 4.5" Angle grinders.

5.Applicable for grinding, stock removal, weld blending, debarring / def-lashing, rust removal, blending, cleaning and finishing.
