Causes of burns on the workpiece

a. The hardness of the grinding wheel is high, and the abrasive self-sharpening during cutting is poor. The grinding wheel can not be metabolized well, which causes the grinding temperature to burn the workpiece and the grinding wheel. The carbonization of the grinding wheel bond cannot effectively control the abrasive grains;

b. The cross-sectional area of the workpiece is too large, and the reason is basically the same as above;

c. The material hardness of the workpiece is relatively high, and the reason is basically the same as above;

d. When cutting, the feed speed is too fast, and the reason is basically the same as above.
